Create your property record. 
If you have the Planning and Municipal Street Numbering Modules, once you pick the street from a list, all of the data fields as seen above will automatically populate.  (read more)

 

 

The Issue Permit Screen

Review your data in the Review window and you are set to go.  Permits will automatically check for contractor license requirements, date the issue of the permit and make sure no holds have been placed by the creator of the permit.

You can also edit any fee changes, issue refunds or issue other certificates such as the Certificate of Occupancy, an Occupancy Certificate for new commercial tenants, or even data sheets to send to inquiring supervisors or customers. (Click here to see for about the permit forms.)

The creating and issuing of the permit process is now complete.  You may wish to click on the Reports Menu tab in the above illustration to learn more about Profiles features.
